When you make a purchase, your payment and shipping information (name, email address, delivery address) is collected and processed by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. We do not store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.
We may retain your name, email, and order details to fulfil and communicate about your order.
This website does not use cookies beyond those necessary for operation. We use Google Analytics (anonymised) to understand how visitors use the site.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Order records are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with Spanish and EU accounting and tax obligations.
All prices are shown in Euros (EUR). Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Currency conversions shown on the website are approximate and for guidance only — your card will be charged in EUR.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other cards supported by Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
After a successful payment you will receive an email confirmation from Stripe. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact veronikarudez@gmail.com.
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind. Once a painting has been purchased it will be marked as sold and removed from the shop. In the unlikely event of a simultaneous purchase we will contact you immediately for a full refund.
Fine art prints are made to order and are always available.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact veronikarudez@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition at your expense. A full refund of the item price will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Commissioned works are therefore excluded.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact veronikarudez@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
For international orders (outside the EU), import duties, customs charges, and VAT may be assessed by your country's customs authority. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated based on the item's declared value and your local regulations.
We declare the true value of items on customs forms. You may be contacted by customs to pay any applicable duties or taxes before delivery. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.
